Após A Forma was sponsored by Casa Farofa and Galpão Do Folias in São Paulo, Brazil. Performed at Casa Farofa and Theatro Arthur Azevedo, it was a collaboration with 5 Brazilian dancer/performance artists. Working in the butoh based performance practice of Yin Lau, the performers traveled through 5 distinct worlds : Interconnectivity, Control, Innocence, Monstrosity, and the Unknown. Together and alone, they navigate the contradictions of these psychological states and truths as they venture into a new landscape. Developed inside of structured improvisation, every performance was entirely unique.
